Most of your computer and technology problems can be solved with the help of one of several different offices, so the college uses a single email address to take all requests, and then those requests are forwarded to the appropriate person. Please send all requests for help to labhelp@dyc.edu.

The staff of Academic Computing Services is here to help, seven* days/week.When we are at our desks, we can provide chat-based support. Our username on Google talk is DYCacademiccomputing. You can use web-based chat at meebo.com if you don’t have access to an installed chat program. Our full-time staff consists of:

Saturdays and Sundays, we have a rotating coverage by our part-time staff, so call exension 7867, which anyone on duty will be able to answer.
