D’Youville does not charge students for printing, but there is a limit on what students can print.
- Print only academic work; printing for personal use is not allowed.
- Do not print more than two copies of any one document. Print one to turn in to your instructor, and one to keep for your own records.
- Do not scan something and print copies of it—that’s what photocopiers are for.
- When your class requires you to make copies of your work to hand out to your classmates, do not print those copies in the computer lab, because it is not fair to other students who will have to wait for the printer to be available. Instead, use one a photocopier.
We are doing everything we can to keep costs down, because printing is expensive.
